노답 (nodap)
Hopeless. There's no good answer.
Complain that a situation feels impossible to solve or deal with.
A: 막차도 놓쳤고 택시도 없어.
B: 지금 상황 노답이네.
A: Missed the last train, and no taxis.
B: What a hopeless situation.
Combines no and 답. Harsh when directed at a person.
