What 갓생 means
A disciplined, highly productive life.
When Koreans use it
Use it for a routine filled with exercise, study, planning, and other admirable habits. It can be sincere or gently ironic.

A: 아침 운동하고 두 시간 공부했어.
B: 오늘도 갓생 사네!
English
A: I worked out this morning and studied for two hours.
B: You’re living your best productive life again!
Use it with care
갓 comes from god, meaning excellent. 생 comes from 인생, meaning life.
