Repair one unclear sentence
Use the video as a model for focused self-correction. Pick the sentence you find hardest instead of replaying every easy line.
Try it step by step
Record yourself saying it, listen back, and compare with the model. Choose one issue: an omitted syllable, a final consonant, a particle, or a pause. Repeat with attention to that one feature.
Check your progress
Make a second recording and compare it with the first. Write what improved and what still needs practice. Save the recordings privately unless your teacher has requested a submission.
Correct one specific problem
The following is an original practice example for the skill above. It is separate from the chapter recordings and is not a transcript.
Imagine that a learner says 저는 학생예요. The intended meaning is clear, but 학생 ends in a consonant, so the target sentence is 저는 학생이에요. Correct the ending, then say the whole sentence again. You do not need to restart a long passage to fix one line.
Try the example yourself
Correct one issue in each sentence: ① 저는 의사이에요. ② 책를 읽어요. ③ 학교에서 가요. In ③, the intended meaning is “I go to school,” with school as the destination.
Model answers and why they work
① 저는 의사예요. 의사 ends in a vowel. ② 책을 읽어요. 책 ends in a consonant. ③ 학교에 가요. 에 marks the intended destination; 학교에서 가요 can instead indicate leaving from school in a suitable context.
Record your corrected sentence twice. Compare the relevant ending or particle rather than judging your whole voice. Keep a short note such as “책 + 을” or “destination + 에.” The goal is a change you can hear and explain, not a perfect accent in one session.
