Use one short section of the passage to move from reading support to speaking from memory.
Try it step by step
If you have the printed passage, listen while following it once. Cover one sentence and say it from memory. Uncover it, compare, and correct one difference at a time. Without the book, use a short sentence you can hear clearly.
Check your progress
Recall two sentences without the video playing. Check whether you have kept the meaning and the sentence endings. If recall is difficult, shorten the section.
Recall a short message
The following is an original practice example for the skill above. It is separate from the chapter recordings and is not a transcript.
Read this three-sentence practice text: 저는 리나예요. 학생이에요. 한국어를 공부해요. It means “I am Lina. I am a student. I study Korean.” First understand the three details: name, role, and activity. Then cover the text.

Model answers and why they work
① 리나. ② 학생이에요. ③ 공부해요. Now say all three sentences: 저는 리나예요. 학생이에요. 한국어를 공부해요.
If you remember the meaning but forget a word, uncover only that sentence, read it, and try again. Next make the message true for a fictional character of your choice by changing the name or role. Recall should preserve meaning; it should not become a test of repeating words you do not understand. You can practice privately without sharing personal details.
